Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

This Policy explains how BookFellaz delivers customized creative, website, video, SEO, content, and related author-support services.
1. Digital Services
BookFellaz services are ordinarily delivered digitally. Deliverables may include book-cover files, author websites, landing pages, video or trailer files, written content, SEO work, social-media creatives, campaign materials, email-funnel setup, e-commerce or paywall configuration, or other agreed digital assets. No physical shipping is normally involved.
2. How Delivery Occurs
Deliverables may be provided through email, download links, cloud storage, website deployment, project-management tools, shared folders, or another method agreed with the Client. Website-related work may be considered delivered when deployed to the agreed environment or made available for Client review or use.
3. Project Start
Work generally begins after required payment is received and BookFellaz has the information, materials, access, and approvals reasonably necessary to start the agreed service.
4. Delivery Timelines
Package descriptions, proposals, or project communications may provide estimated delivery timelines. Unless a specific deadline is expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery dates are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed calendar deadlines.
Timelines may be affected by project complexity, revision cycles, Client response times, missing content, access issues, platform review or verification, third-party outages, or materially changed requirements.
5. Client Materials and Approvals
The Client is responsible for timely delivery of required manuscripts, descriptions, images, photographs, brand materials, publishing information, account access, approvals, feedback, and other items reasonably needed for the project. Delays in receiving required materials or decisions may extend delivery without changing the agreed scope.
6. Revisions
Where unlimited revisions are included, they apply to reasonable refinement of the approved direction within the agreed scope. New concepts, major changes of direction, new deliverables, or expanded functionality may require a revised timeline and separate pricing.
7. Hosting and Website Services
Where hosting is included for a stated period, BookFellaz will provide or arrange the included hosting for that period subject to applicable provider availability and terms. Before or near the end of the included period, the Client may continue hosting under available renewal terms or arrange transfer to another provider.
Domain ownership, registration, renewal, DNS access, third-party subscriptions, and paid plugins are handled according to the applicable project scope and provider rules.
8. Third-Party Platforms
BookFellaz may assist with websites, publishing-related links, e-commerce, email tools, hosting, advertising, or other third-party systems. Third-party platform approvals, outages, suspensions, verification decisions, policy changes, and processing times are outside BookFellaz's control and may affect delivery or availability.
9. Final Files and Ownership
Final approved project-specific deliverables are provided after the applicable payment requirements are satisfied. Ownership is governed by the Terms of Service and any applicable written project agreement. Source files are included only where expressly stated.
