Everything Your Author Presence Needs

Everything Your Author Presence Needs

Most indie authors end up managing five different freelancers with no shared vision. BookFellaz brings your entire author presence under one roof.

The Author Presence Stack

The Author Presence Stack

The Author Presence Stack is BookFellaz's core methodology: your cover, website, trailer, and visibility strategy designed together so every reader touchpoint reinforces the same genre, tone, and brand.

When your cover signals the right genre, your website confirms it, your trailer builds anticipation, and your SEO delivers the right readers to the right page, your author presence starts to compound. Hiring five different freelancers with no shared brief almost never produces that result. A connected system does.

BookFellaz is a brand of Zenith Flow Tech Inc. Every project starts with a genre-first brief so the creative direction is grounded in reader expectations, not guesswork.

Selected Author Work

Selected Author Work

Every project in the BookFellaz portfolio starts with a genre brief and ends with launch-ready assets.

Marcus Hale — Epic Fantasy

Marcus needed a series-ready cover and author website for his debut epic fantasy novel. We built an atmospheric cover system using deep jewel tones and runic typography, paired with a dark-themed author website structured for series discovery and email list growth. His launch page went live four weeks before the book was released.

Sera Bellmont — Contemporary Romance

Sera was self-publishing her third romance novel and needed her cover and website to finally match the quality of her writing. We redesigned her cover using warm pastel tones with a clear heat-level signal, and rebuilt her website around a reader-focused homepage, series catalog, and lead magnet for her newsletter subscribers.

D.K. Vance — Psychological Thriller

D.K. had a strong manuscript but no visual identity. We built a tension-first cover using high-contrast typography and negative space, produced a 45-second book trailer for his launch campaign, and created an author website optimized for his name search and genre keyword visibility.

Questions Authors Ask

Questions Authors Ask

How much does an author website and book cover package cost?

BookFellaz packages start at $299 for a professional book cover (Starter) and $899 for a combined cover and author website (Growth). The Authority package at $1,800 includes a cover, website, and book trailer. The Scale package starts at $3,500 for career authors with multiple titles or series needs. Every price includes defined deliverables and revision rounds.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on the package and how quickly you provide your manuscript, genre references, and feedback. A Starter cover typically takes 7–10 business days. A Growth package with cover and website takes 3–5 weeks. Authority and Scale projects run 5–10 weeks depending on scope. You will receive a clear timeline during your intake review.

Who owns the files?

You own every deliverable. BookFellaz delivers all final files — cover artwork, website code, trailer video — and you retain full ownership. We do not lock you into a proprietary platform or charge ongoing licensing fees for assets we created for your project.

How many revisions are included?

Every package includes structured revision rounds at the concept and refinement stages. The number of rounds varies by package and is confirmed in your project brief. Additional revision rounds outside the included scope can be arranged at a quoted rate before any extra work begins.

What do I need to provide?

For a cover: your manuscript title, author name, genre, comparable covers you like, and any specific requests. For a website: your author bio, book details, preferred domain, and any existing branding. For a trailer: a short synopsis, tone references, and your launch date. Full onboarding instructions are included after your intake is submitted.
