This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for services provided by Zenith Flow Tech, Inc. under the BookFellaz brand.

1. Overview

BookFellaz delivers custom creative work for authors, including book covers, websites, trailers, and SEO content. Because each project involves time and dedicated creative talent, refunds are governed by project stages.

2. Deposits

If you cancel before creative production, design direction, or first draft delivery has begun, we issue a full refund minus third-party platform costs already incurred. Once custom production work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

3. Refunds During a Project

If you are ever unhappy with the direction of the work, let us know within 7 days of receiving a draft. We work with you through revision rounds to perfect the outcome.

4. Final Delivery

Once final files and assets have been delivered and approved, the project is complete and non-refundable.
